Strange. Make sure you load the F-35 as the default flight onto the runway before switching to the Lear35. Also I would delete any previously saved Lear flights as they could be buggy.

Don't know what else to suggest at this point.

Nope, same thing.... after about 5 flights during few days.... i get one time working, another not working.  This time followed last procedure(load default F35 and then change to LJ35A),  Issue persist.

And please give a touch to lighting, this cant be right:

Taxi lights (floating above ground and terrain pretty white):

 

Landing lights (floating above ground, well i see no ground...):

See any runway here?

All i can see  is the.....well........the "milky way" only......😅🍻

I was thinking it could be FSX Boxed or Steam or possible P3Dv3x / P3Dv4x that you were testing.

I have P3Dv4.4 also, so I will go see what the landing lights look like in my install of the FSW LJ35A with Update 4.1A.

Your lighting looks very good....

So why is this happening to me and some others as well?(According to some users in this thread)....

Reinstall?  Ive done this 2 times....      I will try one more time and see what happens...

Reinstall did not solve the issue.  Deleting shaders didnt...nor deleting P3D CFG....   i dont know hat is wrong....  If you have any clue let me know....   But i feel like avoiding worries until V5 is released....   Im in the flying mood.. 🍻

Do you use any saved Lear35 flights?

If you haven't done so, it may be worth a try to delete all slaved flights, or at least all saved Lear35 flights.  Your Default flight is typically saved at

C:\Users\YOUR_ID\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 ,  

and 'regular' saved flights are typically saved at

C:\Users\YOUR_ID\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files .

Thanks for support...  I deleted everything inside those folders but that did not solve the issue....still strange external light pattern...

Ive been flying though, and i still notice that besides the efforts, sometimes panel lighting works, sometimes is not...

Really a strange problem. The only other thing I can suggest to try is to disable any addons you might be using (AccuSim, EZDok, Orbx, etc). Take a look at the P3Dv4 Addons drop down menu to see what is there.

Im thinking its better to wait for V4.5 to be released.   I hope the date is close, because reinstalling the sim so near the update is loosing flying and life time....

May be something related to shaders, ive deleted everything to default, except that i still have the addons installed, but.....it is a very big task to start disabling and testing.... may be i will concentrate in being happy instead of fixing things this time....  

Last thing to try is "detele autogenerated files" but i have no faith in that step...

Are you having all the same problems you originally posted?

Maybe re-list the items for a quick review.

Im performing a full P3DV4.4 (4.4.16.27077)  uninstall and reinstall.  No PTA, No other shader program mods...  Lets see if im lucky this time.

Hello,

After releasing V4.5 i performed some flights an didnt solve the issue.😕

I dont know if related to some graphic enhance addon, but when you clean reinstall P3D seems to work fine...

Wow, this is getting longer than i thought...   These lighting patterns looks so ugly that i dont even want to use the plane...

 

Looking for some advices...  (Not the reinstall everything one....) 😜
