February 15, 20197 yr Hi all I've done some searches but have not been able to find a solution. I've just upgraded to an Acer 38 Ultrawide. Everything is great except panning. Neither HAT nor mouse panning works other than a super delayed super slow juddery pan. HAT is worse than mouse but both unusable. I've checked for conflicts, cleared the cache, not sure what else to try. Normal preset changes work fine. FPS is steady around 60. Help please!
February 16, 20197 yr I had this in the past too and I know you’ve probably already tried but I had to delete all the control assignments for views in the sim and then I reconfigured the hat assignment in chaseplane. This solved it for me, hope it helps. Johnny Crockett 7700K @5ghz | Asus GTX 1070 | G.Skill 16GB 3600 | P3D V4

February 18, 20197 yr Commercial Member Make sure you don't have an antivirus interfering with ChasePlane. This is known to cause issues like that Keven Menard Technical Director, //42.

February 18, 20197 yr Commercial Member Make sure you exclude the following from Trend Micro: The ChasePlane Bridge (%appdata%\OldProp Solutions inc\ChasePlane\ChasePlane_Bridge.exe) The ChasePlane Executable (C:\Program Files (x86)\OldProp Solutions Inc\ChasePlane\ChasePlane.exe) Let me know if that solves it for you. Trend Micro comes back very often as the cause of those issues. Keven Menard Technical Director, //42.
