All of a sudden, P2ATC will not connect to P3d v4.4.  I haven't changed anything since the last time I used it.  Have there been any changes?  Or should I reinstall?

No changes on the Pilot2ATC side.

I would check your FSUIPC installation/settings and also be sure nothing has changed on the Windows User Authentication side that might be blocking access for some reason.

I'll look.  Don't use FSUIPC for anything.  UAC off.

It was FSUIPC, which apparently stopped working on its own.  Reinstalled and now all is well.
