February 28, 20197 yr The Oculus automatically sets its own internal resolution. The only real way to affect that is by changing the supersampling settings. That being said, you may get a slight frame rate boost by turning down the Sims monitor resolution so that for instance, it's not forced to display a 4K image simultaneously on your monitor at the same time as it's attempting to do 3D in the headset.
