Hi Question for RXP GTN750 I used the F1GTN installer for the Carenado S550 with P3DV4

Though after using the RXP Configurator and seeing it now shows up inside the bezel of the  F1GTN 750 it appers the DTO and HOME button do not work even after using the fix  posted by Bills511 and adding this line below the line with NO_Bezel

gauge01=!f1vc,0,0,1,1

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

The entry is missing the gauge file name, which goes between '=' and '!' like this:

gauge01 = NAME!f1vc,0,0,1,1

f1vc.dll is the gauge file name so should it look like this then =f1vc!f1vc,0,0,1,1

No... the NAME field is giving the name of a cab file or a folder.

The cleanest way is create a subfolder to either the panel folder or the Gauges folder and give it a name, say "GTNbuttons".  In this folder you drop the f1vc.xml file.

Then:  gauge01 = GTNbuttons!f1vc,0,0,1,1

However, if you leave the name out, as you have, p3D will look for the f1vc.xml file in the Panel folder.

This appears to have fixed the problem.

Are you using the following?
; uses Simulator GPS commands if true.
UseSimGpsCmds = true

You can also set this in the RXP configuration panel under Gauge Options|Advance settings Use Simulator GPS commands.
Press and hold the SHIFT key then RIGHT-Click the top edge of a GTN device to open the configuration panel.

Thank you everyone for all of your help.
