April 12, 20197 yr I am getting reproducible CTDs when I change water reflection in the P3D UI. Prepar3D.exe Stopped working 4/12/2019 9:27:11 PM Exception code: 0xc0000409. Description: The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application. Fault module: clr.dll Exception offset: 0x0030432c. I've updated client and content. Rebuilt p3d.cfg and shader cache .... Apart from CTDs ,4.5 seems to work good. Maybe fps are lower than before (4.4) at certain situations. Any ideas? April 12, 20197 yr Part of C++ programming and one of the Microsoft Visuals C++ Redistributable, used by developers to install an application so it will run properly. I would uninstall content and then install Content 4.5. You may have installed this for 4.4 so you could get, for instance, some additional aircraft like the C-130. If that does not work then you have an addon that is not compatible with the latest P3D version. In any case it is an installation problem. Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource!
