Please sign your posts with your username and always read the aircraft manuals and other forum posts, because you will often find the answer to your questions there .

If you look in the 747-8 FCOM manual, page D6-30151-8, you will see that it states the Quiet Climb (Q-CLB) Function is deactivated and so the Q-CLB prompt and associated pages will not show on the CDU.

I stand corrected, so thanks for that!

In that case, may I suggest you think twice about signing your posts in these pmdg user-to-user support forums with a PMDG Boeing 777 Pilot logo in future?   Avsim users might be innocently led into believing you are connected in some way to PMDG and have their express permission to use it here.

Negative Bertie

If I was, it would be marked under my username as Commercial Member. The pilot logo is just that.

That logo was always for fans of the aircraft, never to indicate any affiliation to the company...

Remember the tick is on pilot and not dev team, beta team, or tech team...
