The most realistic settings is essentially everything at full max. The question becomes, can your system handle it, if it can't then slowly add what you can until the performance is acceptable to you.

I use the highest settings I can on my system to achieve a solid 20 FPS on KLGA runway 22 with stormy weather.🙂

Until the V4.5. hotfix is out, I would suggest keeping Autogen density at Normal  (in 4.4. I had it at Dense).

I get the feeling the OP was asking for setup advice for his addon softwares as well as P3D. In that case, I use the same combo of software as yourself. I found the following website very good for getting each piece of software to work together well for photorealistic weather. Note I also use EnvDir/EnvTex but I have EnvShade inactive.

Just work through the menus for some good ideas on how to set each piece of software..

Thanks SledDriver for the note.  Will give it a look.

Difficult to say. When it comes to PTA it depends on your personal preference. Don't forget also many people have their monitor set differently in terms of contrast, brightnes etc which means a preset that looks good on one might not look so great on others.

For skyforce i just get it to randomise everything before each flight.

Active sky. You'll be wanting to have settings for different planes as they all react differently. For example i had to tone down the turbulence settings for the FSlabs A320 compared to what i use for my PMDG settings.

BTW, don't bother with Reshade just now. It seems to be currently incompatible with P3D pending an update.
