April 27, 20197 yr I can only get my S550 up to 29000 MSL is this correct? I thought this plane can go to 43000. Is there a trick to get past 30k? ONce past 29k my speed dropped off very quickly so I decended to 29k and I was all good. Ciao!

A too low indicated air speed is another reason for a lack of climb performance. Climb speed below FL250 should be 200kias and above FL250 Mach 0.50. Temperature not above ISA and/or weight below max T/O weight if you want to climb to FL430. Edited April 28, 20197 yr by FDEdev
