On the last couple of flights P2A has not initiated a descent at the TOD mark nor ever issued an approach clearance. 

Attached is a log from the last flight. I had to request a descent. Then it never cleared me for the approach. I just did it anyway and it never said a word. After I landed I canceled IFR.

Any ideas?? 

 

Well... how does one attach a log file? hmmm.
