depends if you fly in a cpu bound state noting but in gpu bound state not much if you dont overload the 2080 if thats the case 5-10fps until you overload the TI.

You get sligtly more headroom with the 2080TI, 2080 performs like a 1080TI with less memory 8gb vs 11gb in that case a 1080TI can be better , the gap in DX11 is not as big as in DX12 performance wise.

I have not read this from a rewiev or locked on a Tube vid, test it myself in the sim had a 2080 for one week for testing and own1080TI and 2080TI all cards tested in P3Dv4.5
