Anyway, if I'm remembering correctly, FSASM allowed for PCL and that was 20 years ago in FS98 or around then.  Of course back then the lights looked bad compared to today.

BrianW says SODE has PCL, earlier in this thread.  I assume he's right, there is a link up there

What I said was that I remember an old FS98 scenery bgl compiler named FSASM having PCL.  I kind of doubt any bgl compiled with FSASM would work in P3Dv4 but you never know I guess.
