While it can be said that many signatures are a form of advertisement... since a great deal of them tend to mention a company and/or product in one form or another... is it within the ToS to have a signature that blatantly advertises something?

To be clear, I don't care... I just wanna know.  If I had a signature that showed as an advert for the Mindstar Aviation G1000 (as example), does that violate the ToS?  If I were a freeware developer and had a signature  that did so, does that violate the ToS?  Just askin... cuz I won't be adding any such stuff to MY signature... but was curious. :)
