July 23, 20196 yr Glad I have held off buying this....750. Is it now working if it is a new purchase? Or not? Is the 530 not working as well? I think at one time there was a deal...buy the first full price, the second at half price? Is that still in effect?
August 16, 20196 yr Author To follow up: I did purchase the 750/650 for use in X-P 11. Purchase and installation went well - in fact easily - for an older computer challenged guy like me. I'd like to say thank you to RXP for responding several times to my requests for info and clarification when in fact the answers were in the forum. The patient good support service is appreciated. Cheers, Dave

August 17, 20196 yr Author Doesn't need special hardware. Your computer has plenty of power to run it. As to the other questions I do not know. I use it in aircraft where it goes directly into the panel...currently I use it with the MilViz C310TR and Carenado SF340. Works well.

August 19, 20196 yr I would first install the GTN gauge, and the install should prompt you to install the Garmin GTN Trainer as well. Install in default location to avoid problems. And to your question, yes, the Trainer is required for the GTN gauge to work. Bert

You should probably mention that installing the RXP GTN into the Carenado SF340 is a two-step process. 1. Run the Carenado F1GTN install option 2. Modify the F1GTN selection to the RXP version, using the RXP tool Bert

August 20, 20196 yr My apologies... in XPlane, it may well be a one step process, if the RXP GTN is directly supported. (I personally use P3D, hence the confusion..) Bert
