In button control, the cabin crew is advised to prepare for takeoff only after I ask for "set the lights please", which I usually do upon entering the runway. Sometimes this timing is a bit "tight", as I can only call for the below-the-line t/o checklist after cabin is advised.... 

Could the cabin advisory maybe be moved to right after the to-the-line t/o checklist in button control?  Or is this unrealistic? Are they asked to take their seats when the aircraft enters the rwy IRL?

I don't want change that one.  I followed it the way Airbus wrote it.

If it's tight for you, just trigger the PM's flow a bit early by setting the Nosewheel light to the TO position a few seconds earlier.
