August 7, 20196 yr Sometimes while talking to a controller whether it be departure, center, or tower, it seems that I may have made a call that the program doesn't recognize and I lose all communication with P2ATC. It just ends. I can make as many calls as I want, I can switch center frequency, but nothing seems to work. I just lose P2ATC. No one will answer me. Is it me, or maybe a glitch in the program or what. Most of the time everything is great, but just every once in a while I experience this problem.
August 7, 20196 yr Commercial Member To diagnose this, next time it happens, send me the P2A log file after shutting down P2A. P2A Log files are located in: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs where <UserName> is your PC user name. Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab. A new one is created each time you start Pilot2ATC, and is closed when you shut it down. So if you take the most recent one after you have the error and after you shut down P2A, you should have the correct one. Dave
