Flight numbers/callsigns with letters?

Featured Replies

Hi,

in the settings, the flight number section is used for ATC communication, so it's basically the callsign.
Don't know about the rest of the world but in Europe those callsigns often differ from the "flight number" (for several reasons).

For example Eurowings flight EW1976 has EWG6N ("Eurowings six-november") as ATC callsign.

Am I missing something, or is it actually not possible to set callsigns that contain letters?

Regards,

Stu

You can't set letters, only numbers.

IE., American 123.

Could it be an option for the future though? Because 95% of the flights I do (mainly EJU, EWG and DLH) have letters in their callsign.
