August 13, 20196 yr Hi there, I am using the beta 2 of 1.1. I have been experiencing issues since release with the PM not turning on or off the Packs for takeoff. Also, when the ground is called to be disconnect the GPU, It is still connected until removed manually. I am also unable to get the PM to start the APU after landing or at any stage.
August 13, 20196 yr Commercial Member Did you check all your config options? There are so many config options you really need to ensure things are setup the way you want. Packs off T/O: Which config option are you using? There are two options that manage it. One will set the packs off during the Before Takeoff Flow (which you need to ensure you have triggered), and the other will set it off during the checklist itself when you say "off" for packs. GPU: Check your mouse macro is functioning, and ensure Transit/Crew Change set to No. APU Start After landing: again, which options are you using? B. August 13, 20196 yr Author In my Config section I have : PACKS OFF B. TO CHECKLIST: YES That's the only option I see regarding PACKS, I always have it set off on the BRIEF page. I don't understand, what is Mouse Macro? How do I check this or fix it? I was testing the new phrase "START THE APU" but nothing happened.

TO CHECKLIST: YES With that option, the PM will turn the packs OFF when you say "OFF" for the packs challenge in the Before Takeoff Checklist. With that option enabled, PM will not turn off packs during his before takeoff flow. This method is use to keep the packs on for the longest time possible on hot days so you don't bake in the cockpit. Mouse Macro's are on the Secondary Panel. Instructions are on the screen. Ensure you're using the very latest version of P3D V4.4 Mouse macro's can vary with each version of P3D. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
