August 19, 20196 yr Commercial Member I've recently started to use AIG traffic, and in busy areas like London there are lots of them about. I seem to get many more alerts, one after the other, than I thought would be allowed by the parameters in P2A: No.Joy Traffic Alert Interval (Secs) = 60. Sighted Traffic Alert Interval (Secs) = 180. So am I misinterpreting these? Is that the repetition rate for the SAME alerts. I think now it must be. So, what's the recommended way of reducing the number of alerts other than by reducing my AI Traffic levels? Pete Win10: 22H2 19045.2728 CPU: 9900KS at 5.5GHz Memory: 32Gb at 3800 MHz. August 19, 20196 yr Commercial Member Yes, the time intervals are for repeat alerts for the same traffic. To reduce the number of aircraft you get alerts for, set the vertical separation to something like 1000 ft and the alert proximity to something like 5NM. That way you'll only get alerts on aircraft that are actually a threat. Dave Edited August 19, 20196 yr by Dave-Pilot2ATC
