If you zoom in on your photo you'll see that the trees are pretty similar in relation to the buildings shown in the insider image (I.e. in most cases twice the height), if they are taller there really isn't much in it. Also this clearly isn't photogrammetry but stock autogen scenery which looks fabulous!
