October 5, 20196 yr Dear FSW Team, i downloaded the Learjet 4.2g version today and wanted to install (as i did with all the past versions). First try: After approx 30 sec the installer complaints "no internet connection was detected, you will be directed to the offline activation". Hmm, strange as i am online all the time with no problems. Then i abort the offline activation and try a second time. Second try: It does directly to the "Serial Key" page. I enter my serial key, as i did always. After "this might take a moment!!!", approx 1 min it complains "could not open the request". Third try: Offline activation is denied because i have used too much activations this week Please help to activate my product by now, because its weekend and i want to fly. October 6, 20196 yr Commercial Member 3rd try internet was also offline. So it sounds like your internet is not stable as it keeps checking for internet and not finding it. I will look for your email today. You can use our offline if you continue to have poor internet but remember to un install the previous installation so the log is removed. It says you have too many activations. This means it has detected more than 1 computer. You can install as many times as you like to the same computer. So if you plan to use another computer use the un installer. Edited October 6, 20196 yr by Flysimware
October 6, 20196 yr Author Problem is solved, thanks for your ticket reponse. Summary: - My internet is stable, im online all the day, playing online games, watching IPTV, Netflix and so on...something like an unstable internet does not exist in Switzerland. Can be excluded from the formula. - The hardware on my PC did not change since i built it 2 years ago. - Probably my fault: I have not uninstalled each instance of the Learjet prior to installation of each update b, c, d, e, f, g. FInally i saw in my Program manager, there were two entries for the Learjeat, version "a" and version "g". I deinstalled both (strange that it was possible to have two entries at once), reinstalled newest version "g" and the activation worked. This together with the reset of the activations from your side. Thanks for reaction and support.
