On my FS2Crew NGX Reboot Configurator tjere is no "ENABLE FS2CREW BUTTON:" on the screen

Post a screen shot please.

And are you trying to use it with the new U?  It won't work with the U.

Voice and Button control are combined.

They are controlled at the same time via the "Enable" button, which is visible.

So everything looks good.
