If something changes in Orbx Central, SimStarter will recognize the change and give you the chance ignore it or add it to one or many profiles. I rarely use SimStarter to add scenery and haven't at all since Orbx's "new and improved" scenery disaster. Once you have set up SimStarter NG correctly with all the sceneries you want to use as profiles, the answer is Yes! MSFS
