December 15, 20196 yr Good day, A friend of mine purchased the Diamond DA20-100 Katana on Steam. The fuel gage shows empty, but some sub-menu apparently shows 99% full. The engine won't start. As an experiment, the same person then bought the DA40, and that works normally. They have tried to uninstall/re-install the DA20 but that has not solved the problem. Any ideas? PS - I do not have access to the computer (over 100 miles away) Rgds KW

December 15, 20196 yr If you are referring to the Aerosoft/Digital Aviation Katana, there is no specific refuelling sub-menu for this aircraft, as far as I am aware, but it is refuelled using the generic FSX 'Fuel and Payload' drop down menu. I would suggest changing the fuel level on that from 99% perhaps down to something like 50% and after accepting that change by clicking OK (twice) it should show up on the fuel gauge in the instrument panel.
