Not starting

The opening window starts up, then a pop up says that it must shut down. Do I need to re-install, and if so would I need to un-install everything else first? Thank you in advance.

What actually doesn't start?  Post a screenshot.

If it's the first Prepar3d screen delete the Prepar3D.cfg file in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4. And do a system reboot also.

I deleted the cfg.file and it still shut down. The only thing I see is the black opening screen.

It is one of the modules loading in the dll.xml.
