December 31, 20196 yr If it's the first Prepar3d screen delete the Prepar3D.cfg file in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4. And do a system reboot also. Edited December 31, 20196 yr by BillS511
January 1, 20206 yr Author I deleted the cfg.file and it still shut down. The only thing I see is the black opening screen.
