To update the Garmin GTN North American and World database files to Sept2019 go to https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/556498-gtn-trainer-download-links-08jan20-update/ where near the top you will find 9 files under the GTN Database 1909 heading.
Download the setup msi file and 8 cab files to the same temporary folder and then double click on the setup file. It will run and update the Garmin Trainer database for both the RXP or Flight1 GTN GPS units. Note the setup process does take a few minutes to run.
Although these files are on the RXP site, they just update the Garmin Trainer and so work with any GTN that uses the trainer. An additional benefit of this update is that approach charts for Canada are included in addition to the US charts.
