Ground Texture Issue

Featured Replies

The freeware version for NZWD in Antarctica is giving problems. When I'm looking straight ahead in the cockpit or outside view everything looks fine, but when I turn left just a little the ground textures tun into like a snowy grass mesh texture. Any ideas how to fix it?

Already answered your post in LM P3D forum.  That scenery was released in 2008 and uses FS2002 terrain texture techniques.

Anyway to make it compatible in P3D v4.5?

probably not compatible at all.
But if you use any photoshop program or gimp to convert it, maybe it could do the trick.

I tried this add-on ... it certainly needs some update man !! 😄 Hee hee...
It was hilarious because some airports was laying in sea water.
As i can see in the files, it was created back in 2008 so... no, don't use it.
I am also using orbx vector, so i think orbx is changing, the terrain formations in this area and makes this scenery
look WAY off.... I 'm not sure, i could be wrong, the thing is, it did not work correct for me.
