There's a bug in FSX itself that can sometimes result in this.  We've seen it before in RAAS from time to time.

Solution 1:

1. Click "YES" when asked if you want to run the software.  You'll may need keep selecting 'YES" until the simulator eventually stops asking you.  This problem may be due to a rare Simconnect bug.  Please read Pete Dowson's comments on this subject for more information (click the link).

Solution 2:

Windows may mark UGCX as unsafe because something caused an error in the previous load of Flight Simulator.

1. Run "Regedit" and locate the setting for:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers

2. Edit the entry for FSX.exe or P3D.exe to REMOVE any mentions of UGCX.

3. Restart FSX/P3D.  You will get the error message again, but click Yes.

Make sure FSX is running with Administrator rights.

Solution 3:

  1. Open the DLL.XML file with Notepad.  Rename the UGCX32.dll to:   UGCX321.dll
  2. Then locate the UGCX.dll on your system and rename it to UGCX321.dll

Thank you, but i anderstand not everythink.

Solution 1:
The link doesn´t work.

Solution 2:

if i regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers  i get this: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\Properties and i get the messege that the properties can´t open there is a fail.

Solution 3:

What does it mean to open dll.xml file do you mean open ugcx32.dll? and then?

I deinstallt the ugcx and tryed it again, also with administrator rights, but i also get the same messege, after start fsx. And when i say to start fsx, then fsx breaks down!

Sorry about my english!

Locate the DLL.xml for FSX.

FSX:

C:\Users\***your user name***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\dll.xml

You can open it with notepad.

Make the changes mentioned above.  All you're doing is changing the file of the file that gets loaded to something different.

Then locate the UGCX.dll on your computer.  Then rename it to match what you changed it to in the DLL.xml.

Sorry, but there is no DLL.XML. There is a fsx.cfg.

Bist du sicher?

FSX funktioniert nicht ohne 😄

Kann dir auch auf Deutsch helfen, denke das dürfte die Dinge vereinfachen 🙂
