I just downloaded and installed P3D.I wonder if anything went wrong.I tried to get a full screen

cockpit view of  the Piper and then taxi down the runway or taxiway.

How can I achieve this ?

Have you tried F9, F10, F11 for the different views?

As for the throttle, try hitting F3 a few times, and F1 to return to idle..
