I can talk in German --> Answer in English ?!

Thanks because the regionalization option is maybe enabled in the UGCX Main menu -> Options -> "Aircraft Profile Settings", there is an option that says "Enable Regional language"...almost like that, you just uncheck it, and it should respond in german always.

and another thing when coming into th eparking position the marshaller always stands to near to the airplan, and enable regionsound set is already ticked

And I guess there is no way to use the ground crew in german but also use fs2crew ? because fs2crew needs the speech recognization in englisch and for german ground grew I need it in german or I am wrong

That's correct... if using Voice Control with FS2Crew, your speech recognizer needs to be set to ENGLISH US, UK, AU, CA or IN with the latest versions.

You can't set your speech recognizer to German if using FS2Crew the flight crew sim.

The only way we could do FS2Crew and allow German Voice Control would be to make FS2Crew entirely in German.  And that would be very very tough.
