Hi

Anybody facing the same issue with the NGXu? FO doesnt seem to do anything with this command?

Do you see "arm approach" in the green bar?

Yes i do, but nothing happens

I observed the same, interesting enough not in -600 and -700 but in at least the -800 (cannot recall if or not in the -900). AP would be enagaged at that time.

Well, if the autopilot is on, as the Pilot Flying, you are responsibly for the autopilot panel.

You wouldn't ask the Pilot Mononitor/ Not Flying to set the MCP with the autopilot on.

I recall though there's a config option to allow you to ask the FO to set the autopilot panel even with the AP on...
