May 17, 20206 yr I've no problem with a support desk not working on weekends, that's entirely normal and healthy. I do have a problem when they haven't answered a ticket raised in the middle of the week. But based on everyone's positive impressions of Just Flight on here perhaps mine is just that occasional case that slips between the cracks.
