No license after purchase

Hey, 

So I just decided to make the purchase and made the payment. Told me I would get the key in my inbox but got nothing. So I emailed support but I am wondering if this is the right approach or something has gone wrong?

You should have received the license key by now.  It is taking a little longer since we are processing the orders manually...and of course, if overnight, it can take up to 12 hours.

Dave responded to your claim. Did you get your license? Dave is very quick to solve issues.

Sorry that I am bringing this feed to life after the issue was resolved for zain, but I am also having the same issue.

Unfortunately, I am processing orders manually and therefore if the order comes in during my night off hours, there will be a delay.

If it's more than 12-14 hours without a license key email, please email me at admin@pilot2atc.com to be sure something didn't go wrong during the processing.
