No license after purchase

Hey, 

So I just decided to make the purchase and made the payment. Told me I would get the key in my inbox but got nothing. So I emailed support but I am wondering if this is the right approach or something has gone wrong?

Sorry that I am bringing this feed to life after the issue was resolved for zain, but I am also having the same issue.

Unfortunately, I am processing orders manually and therefore if the order comes in during my night off hours, there will be a delay.

If it's more than 12-14 hours without a license key email, please email me at [email protected] to be sure something didn't go wrong during the processing.
