UGCX is crashing during loading of P3D V5

Featured Replies

Dear all,

Lately I purchased UGCX for P3D V5. I installed it with administrative rights on a windows 10 computer. P3D v5 is running on c:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5.

Whenever I'm trying to lunch P3D V5 I have a CTD. When I uninstall UGCX P3Dv5 works fine.

I added a ticket in FS2Crew and after some chats it was proposed to start a topic here.

Below is the log which I found in c:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Ultimate Ground Crew X\

Any help is much appreciated

Stay well

Spiros

Hey Spiros,

Question, there isn't any other content in the UGCX.log beyond to what you posted right?.... another thing: is there any error message before P3DV5 crashes?

I have the same problem for both 4.5 and 5.  I thought I was the only one. I've had the same thing happen on two different PCs.  Not sure why I can't find more about this on the internet.  It's really stinky since I do want to use it!
