I purchased this from PCAviator Australia and have been awaiting the updated installer.  Has it been released to other online stores?

Yes, the latest Lear35 update has been sent to all stores. My understanding is FSW sends updates to PC Aviator in the USA (South Carolina, I think) and they then distribute to PC Aviator in Australia. You might want to contact PC Aviator in Australia to see what they say.
