I want to report that i cannot activate the software of Rimini airport, pulisher is RFscenerybuilding. When i copy/paste the email address and key it gives an error: Error, could not verify your data, please contact the support department or try again!

Please, can you help me with it?

Marcel, I removed you order number from public view. Since we’re not an official support channel don’t post order numbers here.

You might try typing the email and key manually rather than copy and pasting. I had something like that happen once were I copied and pasted and it wouldn’t take but doing it manually worked.

If that doesn’t help you’ll probably need to contact the actual developer or the publisher for help.
