I cannot figure out how to save flight plans on SimBrief or SimToolKit to the GTN750 I am using with X-Plane (Eg Caranado Citation II or the 58 Barron).Is it possible to do? Thanks!

If you read the RXP GTN User Manual, you will see that the GTN can import GFP flight plans.

You will need a flightplanner that can export in that format.. Little NavMap is a nice freeware flightplanner that will do just that.
