Any "InFlight Entertainment' type moving map apps available?

All the suggested apps are fine for inflight navigation, but the OP appears to be looking for something that emulates the look and feel of the inflight passenger display, of which Rockwell Collin’s Airshow is probably the widely installed - at least in biz jets.

Airliners with seat-back monitors usually have something similar.

Something that shows a moving map with a simplified graphic of the aircraft’s flight planned route, showing current position, and often switching between 2D and 3D representations, interspersed with graphics showing current altitude, airspeed, outside air temperature (usually in degrees F), along with ETA, (usually shown in destination local time).

I no longer have any of their products installed, but I recall that the various FeelThere Embraer add-ons (135/145 and the E-Jets), had a passenger display emulation.

If you could really understand, what you read, you might find out that EFB has every feature that in flight displays in airliners have plus much more, that a real pilot could utilize. But, that is probably asking for too much. 😁

Yeah, I mean, it's almost as much as asking you to understand that the OP did not want something that " a real pilot could utilize"... talk about too much to understand, huh? 😁
