June 17, 20205 yr So, I recently came back to simming, forgive me if I am still not fluent on all the newer acronyms NGX/NGXU/Reboot/etc. I am still on P3D v2.5, because the significant $$$ investment needed to upgrade addons and also because limited current addon compatibility on P3D v5, I am waiting for more widespread support before I digging into my wallet again. So I am considering buying the FS2Crew cockpit crew add-on for 32-bit P3Dv2.5/NGX (assuming it will actually work? that was not clear to me by just reading the FS2Crew product page). And the second very important question: if I do that - would I have a license upgrade path in the future to the FS2Crew version that is compatible with 64-bit NGX/P3Dv5 ? June 17, 20205 yr Commercial Member There's no direct path. We usually just offer lots of sales and coupon codes to everyone. Personally, PMDG for the NGXu that supports P3D V5 will be out soon hopefully. I would just wait for that. 64 bit computing is much better than 32 bit. P3D V5 is pretty good. B.
