June 22, 20205 yr Same thing. The field of view entry in the settings is simply the default and minimum zoom level you can use in game. "Society has become so fake that the truth actually bothers people".
June 23, 20205 yr It's a vision thing - field of view expands/narrows the width of your vision while zoom moves in close, narrowing your field of view while bringing distant objects closer.

They're equivalent, halving the FoV in the settings is the same thing as keeping it the same but using 2.0 zoom in game. "Society has become so fake that the truth actually bothers people".
