June 24, 20205 yr Would like to see a feature added where you are not limited to an AFCAD parking spot to be pushed back from ... e.g. .. During an event online you fly in wanting to do a turnaround but If ATC give you a stand that dosnt have a parking spot on the AFCAD then you cannot do a turnaround as UGCX will say not at a parking spot ... so if you get for example Stand 11 but the only spot on the AFCAD is 11L or R then you cannot do a pushback so will need to restart your A/C on stand 11L. Thanks Rich
June 26, 20205 yr Commercial Member Do you mean like creating a fictional/temporal parking location, to then pushback from it? Cheers, Manuel
June 27, 20205 yr Author Yeah that would be a great idea if it can be done , would be able to allow people to do turnarounds/pushbacks from Gates not in the AFCAD
July 10, 20205 yr Commercial Member We will take notes in this. I can help for small airports. Manuel
August 24, 20205 yr I also have another feature request (hope I didn't miss it in the documentation): Often in airports, the parking position is very close to the terminal building so the marshaller has to stand on a ladder. Otherwise the pilot can't see him (e.g. for 747s). The new update allowing the marshaller's position to be set is a step in the right direction, but it would be even better if the marshaller can stand on something so we don't have to look out from the ceiling of the cockpit to see him near the stopping position (without him disappearing into the terminal).

Sorry by the delay. That's another option too!!!, we will take note on it so we can add it in a future release. Cheers, Manuel
