Blank White Rendering Window For P3Dv5 With AMD GPU

Featured Replies

Hi Guys — I'm getting a blank white rendering window after the initial spash/config screen on P3Dv5.

The program seems to run but nothing is rendered.  Just a white on rice blank window.

This is running on a machine with an AMD W9100 and multiple monitor Eyefinity syncronisation.

Is there a work around for this?

Hmm i use a Radeon VII and I don`t have such issues.

I have a 32 Inch and a 23 Inch Monitor connected.

Maybee reinstall P3D or the Driver for the Card?

Hi...did delete and re-install the graphics driver.  Kept getting DXGI resource/device errors with the previous driver, so I don't want to go back to it.  Upgraded P3Dv5 to Hotfix 2.

Ive had blank preview ac screen since day one with v5. I posted at p3d forum . Im using rx580. Good Luck

Rickgo, I'm also getting a blank black A/C preview window with P3Dv5. Comes back on if I move the init config window to a different screen prior to simulation start.

How strange is that. If i throw p3dv5 into windowed mode at the startup scenario  and then drag the screen to my secondary monitor and select ac, it will then actually show....lol. Good catch...Have you tried turning off HDR?  Mine loses vertical sync and just scrolls continuously.
