I had that problem several times. Try installing  Windows 10 SDK (26624)  Solved it for me.

hi. so how do you install this and where to?

thanks

mike

Just downloaded it and installed it.

Look in your Downloads folder once it is downloaded. Double-click on it and you will see a small blue briefcase open up middle of your screen. Top option will already have a black dot in checkbox, leave it as it is. Run it but do not participate in any data farming as Microsoft is notorious at data-farming.

There are several tick boxes after that amounting to 2Gb. Choose what you want. As I severely detest any single Windows 10 App. In fact I have deleted them all. Hence, I opted out out.

Rest is then straight forward.
