August 2, 20205 yr The number of videos posted online is astonishing, but I still have some questions I can't find answers to: 1) On one of the videos I could see that in the menu you create your own profile with an avatar and you have a logbook with all your flights. Great, but is it possible to add more profiles? I don't want my son to mess up with my logbook when he flies. 2) How is the pushback managed? I still think that "Better pushback" addon for X-Plane is fatnastic. How do you plan your pushback in MSFS? The direction the pushback truck will turn your plane, the distance, etc.? 3) I still don't know how big, busy airports work in connection with real world traffic. Is it possible that when I fly to, say, JFK, I'm number four in a line of planes cleared for landing? Or that I need to enter a traffic pattern, waiting for my turn? is there always a gate/ramp available for the simmer? And what if I spawn in a gate/ramp reserved by AI or another player? Thanks!
August 2, 20205 yr Push back looks tedious. You make requests via drop down menu to Ground. They then relay your request to tug driver. You can request straight back, left, right, and stop, etc. It's cranky and not very real but it seems to work okay.

Hopefully they will eventually replace that with a betterpushback style interface, because like OP said, betterpushback is pretty much as good as a pushing tool can be. The level of control is perfect. 1 hour ago, Kenjiro75 said: On one of the videos I could see that in the menu you create your own profile with an avatar and you have a logbook with all your flights. If you can't have multiple profiles in sim you can definitely just sign out of your xbox live account and into his, that should work. As long as family sharing is on for the accounts you shouldn't need two copies of the game. P3Dv4 + XP11 MFS
August 4, 20205 yr Hm, personally I would not even want to mess around with pushback. It's not something you'd do irl so in a sim I'd expect some sort of AI to do it. I'd already be happy if we had a standard pushback that would actually push you precisely onto some taxiway behind, not like in FSX just anywhere. Also I could think of some new entities in the "AFCAD" or its current equivalent to specify pushback destinations like breakaway areas.
