October 24, 200619 yr Hi.In FS9 I can choose a plane take it to an Airport of my choice place it in a gate of my choice and then save it as say Barron at Bristol.Then if I wanted to fly this plane I would click on saved flight and then click Barron at Bristol and would be taken to the plane.I can not do this in FSX the only plane that will go wear I put it is the default Flight.As anyone else had this trouble or is it my old brain not working again.I would be very thankfull for any help on this.Best regards.Rex.
October 24, 200619 yr Hi Rex,although the interface is different, you can do exactly the same thing in FSX. It took me a while to notice that row of buttons in the middle of the "create a flight" window; select the second button that says "Load" ... that takes you to the usual window where you can load any saved flight. From inside a flight select MENU > Flights > Load and awaaay you go again. October 24, 200619 yr The one thing you can no longer do, is take a flight in a plane of your choice, and land at an airport, then exit the sim. And when you return to the sim, your airport and plane are the same.In FS9 it was possible by going into saved flights, selecting

It is NOT updated when you exit the sim, and in fact is deleted completely.Even if you copied the file, it would only set up back up at your departure airport... ;) Fr.
