Only Airbus AI?

Featured Replies

Looking at preview videos whenever any airline traffic is showed it's always an airbus aircraft. From what I saw there are A320 A330 and A380. Are airbus aircraft the only AI? I've also seen a couple videos where there is a United painted A330 and one with a United painted A380. The trailer also randomly shows an Iberia A320 so some liveries must be available but again seems like there are no other types of AC? any insights into this?

Thanks,

Dave

I doubt that's the case. If it is the case it's not a problem - very easily sorted!

If it is just the Airbus being used (I've not seen enough videos or noticed) then I suspect they're just sorting out the actual performance of the AI. Swapping out the model is trivial.

Considering it uses live traffic I'm sure (hoping) that flight1 updates ultimate traffic to work with MSFS or another 3rd party comes out with a new traffic program to integrate models and airlines. This is definitely an area where a 3rd party could launch something onto the marketplace and clean up. Much like the ground services have been lacking judging by the preview build, FSDT has already announced GSX for the new sim.

The non flyable default AI is ugly imo  including the Airbus models accept for A320 which is based off the high res flyable verson. I'm sure one like my self will be able to delete the ugly planes and replace them with better, higher quality versions 😊
