October 26, 200619 yr Just did the first soaring tutorial mission in Nevada...I have to say kudos to ACES/MS for implementing the tow plane, and just the feel of unpowered flight....it's fantastic! The explanations given by the narrator were nice too, I actually learned something educational!! lol I also LOVE the turbulence effect, it is so much better than FS9 (was it even in FS9 ???)....either way, great job guys!One question, how do I find thermals/waves etc without the crazy green swirls in the air? I thought I heard a rumor that birds flying around designate thermals?
