Set my FPS in my Nvidia Confiuration to 32. This solved it for me. 🙂

Don't want to constrain framerate in flight, so didn't set any limits.

It's a little weird that menu still insists on running GPU full blast.

Yup, looks beautiful at 85 fps.  Fully limited by GPU in fps display.  😃
