Stefan,you may have noticed in my first post I mentioned that I have used Nvidia beta 92.91 and am now using 91.47 with 7600GS. Still have the same problems with the PFD. I have come to the conclusion that in VC mode the buttons above the HSI, specifically the horizontal row of buttons "wpt, aprt, data etc. and the ones above those are not "clickable". I have not even tried the helos are DC-3.Carl

I've had several problems with the 747 panel, most notably the MCP refusing to allow me to set specific headings and speeds, but instead insisting on making increments of between 9 and 10 units. This is kind of annoying when you want to do an ILS approach with the AP. In fact, this problem nearly put me into the side of the Sierra Nevada Mountain range when on approach to Almeria (LEAM), because I couldn't select the ATC assigned altitude on the autopilot.The airliner panels and VCs is one of my only real dislikes in FSX; it's about time MS admitted that airliners have flight management computers and put them in FS (the 747 has three input panels for its FMC, so there's a huge expanse of the B747 cockpit that is little more than eye candy with these not enabled, likewise the overhead, which has minimum functionality). The autopilot has no VNAV either, which is also annoying. The Airbus (quite apart from its ridiculously overpowered engines in FSX) is a pale replica of the real thing without all these systems modelled too.I understand that FS is kind of a 'base package' for which add-on aircraft fill in the gaps, nevertheless, the attempts at the airliner cockpits are very little improved when compared to even the B737 in FS98 in terms of realistic functionality. I think eight years is enough time to add some tweeks to the autopilot :-)Come on MS, you can do better than that! :-)
