I see upgrades to most of my products, but they are not available at Simmarket. How do I obtain support for my products ? As noted they are dead and gone, The registration keys are for the installer and key that FSS had were given to them by me. You still need to use this key if you ever want to use the installer. We keep records of all keys given out and so i remind anyone that you are responsible for these keys. Never share them or post them online. Thanks. I updated the transfer thread with warnings to customer that their registration keys are active forever. This way your mistake will help others. Did you get my recent email reply? I added 3 new product to your new account. Some emails Company's are so bad you have to whitelist us. I always suggest a well know email Company.
