   I see upgrades to most of my products, but they are not available at Simmarket. How do I obtain support for my products ?

A little more info would be helpful. You sent an email to who/where, and on what date, about this?

Thursday, 8-20. Have managed to obtain the Super Huey update from Simmarket.

We reply to all emails. Sounds like you missed our reply or it ended up in your spam folder.

Info on how to transfer your products that you purchased from theflightsimstore or FS Pilot Shop. For Simmarket or any other store just download the product again to get the latest version.

I just deleted your last 2 posts. Your registration keys are in those messages. This is a public forum. PLEASE NEVER SHARE YOU REGISTRATION KEYS WITH ANYONE OR POST ONLINE!

What good would an FSS code do anyone? As noted they are dead and gone,

The registration keys are for the installer and key that FSS had were given to them by me. You still need to use this key if you ever want to use the installer. We keep records of all keys given out and so i remind anyone that you are responsible for these keys. Never share them or post them online. Thanks.

I updated the transfer thread with warnings to customer that their registration keys are active forever. This way your mistake will help others.

Did you get my recent email reply? I added 3 new product to your new account. Some emails Company's are so bad you have to whitelist us. I always suggest a well know email Company. I won't post your email but its a well known big Company so you should have got our reply we sent on 8-20-2020.
